Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of your purchase. To return or exchange an item, please follow the following instructions:

1. Merchandise must be returned in a new and resalable condition.

2. Please e-mail us customers@linenline.com.au with your request with the reason for your return. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.

3. Carefully repackage the merchandise, in the original package if possible.

Once we receive the item, we will send an email confirmation and refund you your payment immediately.
The return postage is nonrefundable, except for the cases when the goods were damaged or the wrong item was shipped.


DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Please email us within 10 calendar days from receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that the shipment is lost. State your order number. Within one business day you will receive a relevant confirmation and instructions on the procedures for the return/exchange of the damaged goods.
